Photo Booth Contract
**360 Video Booth Rental Agreement** **1. Services Provided** The Provider agrees to deliver and set up a 360 Video Booth at the Client's event. **2. Equipment** The Provider will supply the following equipment: - 360 Video Booth - High-end cameras - Advanced lighting - Props (if applicable) - Digital copies for all guests **3. Payment Terms** The Client agrees to pay a total base fee of $1250 for the rental of the 360 Video Booth. A non-refundable deposit of half of the Contract is due upon signing this Agreement. The remaining balance of is due no later than 7 days before the event date. **4. Cancellation Policy** - If the Client cancels the event 30 days or more before the event date, the Client will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. - If the Client cancels the event less than 30 days before the event date, the Client will forfeit all payments made. **5. Liability and Insurance** The Provider will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and proper functioning of the 360 Video Booth. However, the Provider will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur as a result of misuse of the equipment by the Client or guests. **6. Client Responsibilities** The Client is responsible for ensuring: - Adequate space for the setup and operation of the 360 Video Booth. - Access to a power source. - Safe and secure conditions for the equipment and staff. **7. Use of Media** The Provider retains the right to use any media captured during the event for promotional purposes unless the Client specifically requests otherwise in writing before the event. **8. Agreement Termination** This Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of both parties or in the event of a breach of any terms by either party. **9. Governing Law** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Hawaii. **10. Entire Agreement** This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. **11. Amendments** Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
