Photo Booth Rental Agreement This Photo Booth Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective upon booking between Justin Berkel ("Provider") of 240 Media, 75-5660 Kopiko Street, Kailua-Kona, HI, USA, 808-238-2558, info@240media.com, and the hiring party ("Client"). 1. Services Provider will supply and operate a photo booth at the agreed event. Services include: Photo Booth Rental Unlimited instant prints during the event Digital copies of all photos Professional lighting Custom event-themed backdrop Custom welcome screen and prints A variety of fun props for guest use 2. Event Details Date, Location, and Hours: As agreed upon at booking. 3. Payment Terms Total Fee: Determined upon booking. Non-refundable Deposit: Due upon signing. Remaining Balance: Due on or before the event date. 4. Additional Fees Overtime: Charged per hour beyond agreed coverage. Additional Services: Billed separately if requested during the event. 5. Cancellations and Refunds Client cancellations result in forfeiture of payments. If Provider cancels, all payments will be refunded. 6. Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to Provider's availability. If unavailable, the cancellation policy applies. 7. Provider's Responsibilities Deliver, set up, and operate the photo booth ensuring proper functionality during the event. 8. Client's Responsibilities Ensure adequate space and electrical access for setup. Inform Provider of any venue restrictions. 9. Limitation of Liability Provider's liability is limited to the total amount paid. Not liable for technical failures or circumstances beyond control. 10. Usage and Copyright Provider retains copyright to all images. Client and guests may use images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission. 11. Model Release Client grants permission for Provider to use event photos for promotional purposes. 12. Governing Law Governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Disputes resolved in Hawaii courts. 13. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and supersedes all prior agreements.
