DJ Service Contract 1. Parties DJ: Justin Berkel, 240 Media, 75-5660 Kopiko Street, Kailua-Kona, HI, USA, 808-238-2558, info@240media.com Client: The individual or entity hiring DJ services. 2. Event Details Event: Wedding Date, Location, Start & End Time: Per booking details. 3. Services Provided DJ performance. Setup and teardown of equipment. Sound and lighting equipment. Music selection based on preferences. MC services, if required. 4. Fees and Payment Total Fee: As agreed upon. Deposit: Non-refundable, due upon signing. Balance: Due on or before the event date. Payment Methods: PayPal, debit/credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Tap to Pay. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation: Deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling: Subject to availability. DJ Unable to Perform: Full refund of all payments. 6. Equipment & Setup DJ provides necessary sound and lighting equipment. Client ensures power supply and space. Reasonable time required for setup and teardown. 7. Music Selection Client may provide song preferences. DJ will balance preferences with maintaining event energy. 8. Liability DJ is not liable for injury or damage from equipment use. Liability is limited to the total amount paid. 9. Force Majeure DJ is not liable for delays or non-performance due to uncontrollable events. 10. Miscellaneous This contract is the complete agreement. Amendments must be in writing and agreed upon.
