Photo Booth Contract
1. Event Details Event: Wedding Event Date: [Event Date] Event Location: [Event Location] Event Start Time: [Start Time] Event End Time: [End Time] 3. Services The DJ agrees to provide the following services: DJ performance for the duration of the event Setup and teardown of DJ equipment Provision of sound and lighting equipment Music selection based on the Client's preferences MC services, if required 4. Payment Terms The deposit is non-refundable and secures the DJ's services for the event date. The balance must be paid in full on or before the event date.
