Photo Booth Contract
1. Event Details Event: Wedding Event Date: [Event Date] Event Location: [Event Location] Event Start Time: [Start Time] Event End Time: [End Time] 3. Services The DJ agrees to provide the following services: DJ performance for the duration of the event Setup and teardown of DJ equipment Provision of sound and lighting equipment Music selection based on the Client's preferences MC services, if required 4. Fees and Payment Total Fee: $[Total Amount] Deposit: $[Deposit Amount] (due upon signing this contract) Balance: $[Balance Amount] (due on or before the event date) 5. Payment Terms The deposit is non-refundable and secures the DJ's services for the event date. The balance must be paid in full on or before the event date. Equipment and Setup The DJ will provide all necessary equipment, including sound and lighting. The Client must ensure that the event location has adequate power supply and space for the DJ setup. Miscellaneous This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Any amendments to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
