Service Includes: Two Professional Photographers: With two shooters on hand, we capture every angle and detail, ensuring no moment is missed. Our photographers work seamlessly together to cover both candid and posed shots. Professional Lighting with Lighting Assistant: We bring in professional lighting along with a dedicated lighting assistant to ensure your photos are perfectly lit, regardless of the venue’s lighting conditions. This guarantees high-quality images that look stunning both indoors and outdoors. 10 Hours of Coverage: Our team provides full-day coverage, capturing everything from the getting-ready moments to the final dance. We are there to document all the significant events and the little details that make your day unique. 400+ Edited Images: After your wedding, we carefully edit over 400 images to perfection. These photos will beautifully tell the story of your day, capturing the emotions, the joy, and the love shared. Hard Drive with All Files: In addition to the edited images, you will receive a hard drive containing all the files shot on your wedding day. This includes both edited and unedited photos, providing you with a complete record of your special day. Engagement Photo Session: As part of our package, we offer an engagement photo session that includes: Photo Shoot with Multiple Location Settings: Choose from various beautiful locations to capture the essence of your relationship. Flash Drive with All Photos from the Session: Receive a flash drive with all the images taken during the session. Edited Photo Package: Enjoy a selection of professionally edited photos from the session, perfect for announcements, save-the-dates, or personal keepsakes.
Photography Service Contract 1. Parties This contract is made between: Photographer: Justin Berkel, 240 Media, 75-5660 Kopiko Street, Kailua-Kona, HI, USA, 808-238-2558, info@240media.com Client: The individual or entity hiring photography services. 2. Event Details Event: Photography coverage for a specific occasion. Date, Location, and Duration: As agreed upon at the time of booking. 3. Services Provided Pre-event consultation. Photography coverage for the agreed duration. Post-processing and editing of images. Delivery of a predetermined number of high-resolution digital images. 4. Fees and Payment Total Fee: Determined based on the scope of services. Deposit: Non-refundable, due upon signing. Balance: Due on or before the event date. Payment Methods: PayPal, debit/credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Tap to Pay. 5. Image Delivery Edited images will be delivered within an agreed timeframe post-event. Delivery methods may include online galleries or USB drives. 6. Copyright and Usage Rights The Photographer retains all copyrights to the images. The Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal use and sharing with friends and family. Commercial use or sale of images requires prior written consent from the Photographer. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the Photographer cannot provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded. 8. Liability The Photographer will take reasonable care to perform the services but is not liable for factors beyond control, including adverse weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure. Liability is limited to the total amount paid. 9. Model Release The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes. 10. Miscellaneous This contract constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements. Any amendments must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
