This ensures no moment is missed, and coordination is smooth throughout the day. Drone Videography: Enhance your wedding film with breathtaking aerial shots. Our drone videography captures stunning overhead views of your venue, adding a unique and cinematic perspective to your wedding day. Three High-Quality Cameras: We utilize three state-of-the-art cameras to capture every detail of your special day. This multi-camera setup creates a dynamic and cinematic experience, ensuring your wedding film is enchanting. Professional Lighting and Audio Kits: Our setup includes advanced lighting and audio equipment. We bring professional-grade lighting to ensure your footage is perfectly lit, indoors or outdoors, day or night. Our audio kits capture clear, high-quality sound, ensuring every vow, speech, and piece of music is recorded with precision. 10 Hours of Coverage: We provide 10 hours of continuous coverage, from pre-ceremony preparations to the final dance. Our team captures all significant moments and the small details that make your day unique. Documentary Wedding Video: Receive a 3-4 minute documentary wedding video that tells your unique love story. This video combines personal interviews and special moments to create a compelling narrative of your journey together. Highlight Video: After your wedding, you will receive a professionally edited 1-minute highlight video. Perfect for sharing on social media, showcasing the best moments of your wedding day in a concise and captivating way. Uncut Video: In addition to the highlight video, we provide uncut footage of the ceremony, speeches, and other special events. Relive these important moments in their entirety, preserving the authenticity and emotion of your wedding day. All Files on Hard Drive: You will receive a hard drive containing all the video files from your wedding day. This includes all of the unedited footage, giving you complete access to your cherished memories.
Wedding Videography Contract This Wedding Videography Contract ("Agreement") is made effective as of the date of booking, by and between Justin Berkel ("Videographer") of 240 Media, 75-5660 Kopiko Street, Kailua-Kona, HI, USA, 808-238-2558, info@240media.com, and the hiring party ("Client"). 1. Services Provided Videographer will provide professional wedding videography services, including: Coverage of pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. Final edited video delivered in digital format. 2. Event Details Date, Location, and Coverage Hours: As agreed upon at booking. 3. Payment Terms Total Fee: Determined upon booking. Non-refundable Deposit: Due upon signing. Remaining Balance: Due on or before the event date. 4. Additional Fees Overtime: Charged per hour beyond agreed coverage. Extra Services: Billed separately if requested on the wedding day. 5. Cancellations and Refunds Client cancellations result in forfeiture of all payments. If Videographer cancels, all payments will be refunded. 6. Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to Videographer's availability. If unavailable, the cancellation policy applies. 7. Videographer's Responsibilities Provide professional videography with high-quality equipment. Deliver the edited video within an agreed timeframe post-event. 8. Client's Responsibilities Ensure Videographer has full access to all event areas. Notify of any restrictions. Provide meals if coverage exceeds five hours. 9. Limitation of Liability Videographer's liability is limited to the total amount paid. Not liable for circumstances beyond control, including technical failures. 10. Usage and Copyright Videographer retains all copyrights. Client may use the video for personal purposes. Commercial use requires prior written consent. 11. Model Release Client grants permission for promotional use of video footage. 12. Governing Law Governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Disputes resolved in Hawaii courts. 13.
